We listen to your ideas to design the perfect garden room for you. Each project is made to your exact requirements in mind. If it needs to be built around an existing garden feature, it is no trouble for our team of dedicated builders.

In most cases planning permission is not required. If a structure is no higher than 2.5-metres tall, garden rooms can be positioned close to boundary limits, enabling even small areas to benefit from extra living space.
Let your imagination run wild. We’ll happily discuss and share ideas from past projects to help with inspiration. If there is at least 2-metres from each boundary, you can create a garden room with a pitched roof of 4-metres at its highest point.
Our garden rooms are to be used all year round. We fully insulate the floor, ceiling and walls to the same standard as a new build house or extension. This provides the optimum thermal barrier required to keep the garden room warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
As standard, power is connected from your house supply to a consumer unit located in the garden room. All provided with full certification from a registered electrician.
As well as standard electrical sockets and light fittings, we also run data cables to allow you to make use of your home’s internet connection.
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are high-performance building panels used in floors, walls, and roofs for residential and light commercial buildings. The panels are made by sandwiching a core of rigid foam plastic insulation between two structural facings.
SIP homes have a tremendous positive environmental impact by reducing energy use and greenhouse gas emissions throughout the home’s life cycle.
Garden rooms are as secure as your house. All windows and doors are fitted with the latest lock technology on the market. They can even be connected to the house alarm if required.
This is dependent on size style and specification. We aim to build most garden rooms in 1-2 weeks.
